If you leave us a message we will get back to you the same day where possible if not the next working day.
We use a system that notifies you by text message to your mobile when Tony is on route and lets you know how far away he is - be sure to give us your mobile number to ensure you can make use of this great service.
If you are coming out of work to meet Tony for an appointment why not request a 30 minute prior warning call so you are not hanging about unneccessarily. If you would prefer to leave a key and leave us to it this is also fine with us.
If you have had a boiler service with us we will remind you annually giving you 1 months notice so that you are always one step ahead
When we undertake work in your home we will be as tidy as possible when we are there, when we leave you will not know we have been!
All of the work undertaken by us will be to the highest quality and standard. Tony has always operated as if he was working on his own home so he will only leave when he is happy with the job done! Pipework is neat and where possible hidden – should you have any special requirements on a job then please discuss this with Tony prior to the work being carried out as he will let you know what can be done.
Honest advice – sometimes it is not cost effective to fix in which case we will offer you solutions to both fix and replace then the choice is yours.
