Q) Do you work on homes or commercial property?
A) We offer a domestic plumbing and heating service only - this means any premises with a domestic boiler.
Q) Are you Corgi registered?
A) Corgi is no longer the body in charge of enforcing gas safety, this is done by Gas Safe and yes we are fully registered with them. Our registration number is 544657.
Q) Do you install heated towel rails?
A) Yes we do.
Q) Do you travel outside Basingstoke?
A) Yes - we work in most surrounding villages and towns.
Q) Are you VAT registered?
A) Yes in Dec 2013 we became VAT registered - 176437482
Q) Do you remind me of my boiler service date?
A) Yes if we have serviced your boiler we will send you a reminder. If you are a new customer and want to be reminded then please just ask and we wil add you to our annual reminders.
Q) If my job takes 1.5 hours will I just pay 1.5 hours labour?
A) No, I am afraid we charge an hourly rate (as per our terms and conditions) and so any time over an hour goes into a subsequent full hour's charge, we do not break our charges down to minute periods.
